The night life!!  The Night Life!!  The games are great and the events are great, but the Night Life is what brings so many people to the CIAA event and is making it a yearly Urban Event.  There are tons of day parties attended by well-known celebrities.  The CIAA is a 100-year college basketball event that features HBCU's!!   Tournament week offers events for every social palate including parties, numerous educational and healthy-living components, step-shows, and the famous Battle of the Bands.  The men's and women's tournaments are held simultaneously and their respectitive championship games on Saturday night.

Air Travel:

Air Travel is not included in your package; however for groups of 10 or more traveling on the same itinerary we can coordinate your flights with a $50 deposit.

Individual Travelers must pay for their flight in full at the time of booking.

Air travel services are only provided to clients purchasing a travel package from Personal Touch Travel.

Deposits & Payments (per person)   

Early Bird Deposit (All Packages) $50 per person until 9/1/12

Regular Deposit (All Packages) $100 per person after 9/1/12
Monthly payment of at least $75 due by 15th of each month (50% of balance must be paid by 11/15/12)

Final payment due by January 15, 2013

All payments are non-refundable & non-transferrable due to contractual agreements with the hotel.

All payments received after due dates will incur a $50 service charge.

All bookings will be cancelled if final payment is not received by 1/20/13 at 5:00 p.m.
